Shop MA and its owners are not affiliated, associated, related, or linked to ''Disney'', Disney Enterprises Inc., The Walt Disney Company or any Disney ENTITY, either Real or Assumed, in any way, shape or form.
TAXES
The company is formed in California, and we will collect CA Sales Tax from all CA customers on behalf of the state government. Customers in other states are responsible to report their Use Tax. Customers are responsible for any Custom Taxes.
HANDLING & SHIPPING TIMES
Expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks with a shipping tracking number provided for our International customers. Domestic customers should expect delivery in 2-3 weeks.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
All packages are non-insured when the shipping cost is less than $46 or if stipulated on a specific product. Customers are free to add insurance to the items after the sale. Orders with shipping costs over $46 will automatically have insurance added to their order up to $200. United States Postal Service is liable for lost or stolen packages. We will assist you to rectify the situation with USPS.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you've received an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order when you receive it, please email us immediately so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The shipping team will use the shipping address provided on the order form to send out the products. We will not reimburse shipping costs for the wrong address.
DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Customs is the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Placing an order on our website, and receiving an order confirmation of any kind, does not guarantee order fulfillment. Orders may be canceled by our company or customer service representatives at any time and for any or no reason, with or without notice.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
Cancellations, changes, or exchanges must be made within 3 hours of the order being placed. If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@storeshopma.com. Any cancellation, change, or exchange request after the 3-hour time frame will not be granted. After 3 hours of the order placed, sales are final.

SHIPPING AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
We meticulously examine and carefully ensure all our products are the best available quality with special attention to safe shipping. If the items are damaged during the shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged merchandise. We will work with you to help provide solutions. We will pay for return shipping if we sent an incorrect item.
TAXES AND RE-SALE CERTIFICATION
We will automatically collect sales tax from any customer, and any order, which we are required by law, to collect.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, Shop MA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
