Order Cancellations, Returns, and Changes
Cancellations, changes, or exchanges must be made within 3 hours of the order being placed. If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@storeshopma.com. We will charge a cancellation fee of 8%. All cancellation, change, or exchange requests after the 3-hour time frame will not be granted. Sales are final after 3 hours of placing an order.
Shop MA may cancel the order and issue a full refund if the items are out of stock.
We recommend that you communicate with our staff via social media to ensure you get exactly what you want.
